We provide Yoga classes, Reiki, and related wellness services aimed at promoting health, relaxation, and well-being. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or therapy.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book and use our services. Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Health Considerations: You should be in appropriate physical condition to participate in our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to engage in our activities.

 

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking

  • Advance Booking: All services must be booked in advance through our website.

  • Availability: Service availability is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.

 

3.2 Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, 

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

  • Deposits: For certain services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances must be settled before the commencement of the service.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • All classes, workshops, events and treatments are non refundable and non transferable. 

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

4.2 Cancellation by Florrie Holistics

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness or facility issues.

  • Notification: In the event of cancellation by us, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

 

4.3 Refunds

  • Services Rendered: Refunds are not available for services already provided.

  • Packages and Memberships: Refunds for prepaid packages or memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administration fees.

  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method with 5 business days.

 

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Client Responsibility

  • Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations prior to participating in any service.

  • Emergency Contact: Provide an emergency contact at the time of booking in case of any unforeseen incidents.

5.2 Facility Hygiene

  • Standards: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

  • Client Expectations: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene and follow any facility guidelines provided.

5.3 COVID-19 and Public Health

  • Compliance: We comply with all current UK Government guidelines related to COVID-19 and other public health concerns.

  • Client Cooperation: Clients are required to follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing masks and social distancing when applicable.

  • Health Declarations: You may be required to complete a health declaration form before participating in services.

 

6. Client Conduct

  • Behaviour: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other clients. Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment or abuse, will not be tolerated.

  • Property Damage: Clients will be held responsible for any damage caused to our property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct.

  • Termination of Services: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone violating these conduct guidelines without entitlement to a refund.

 

7. Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with yoga and massage activities.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Florrie Holistics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

  • Insurance: We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance as required by UK regulations.
