Our Yoga Classes

At Florrie, we believe that movement is medicine.

We can shift mood and perspective by simply moving our bodies.

Savvy is an experienced yoga teacher and pulls from teachings in:

Vinyasa flow
Yin

Restorative

Yoga for trauma
Pregnancy and Post Natal

All our classes are suitable for beginners, zero experience necessary.
Please come in the studio with minimal belongings, with your phone on silent.
Shoes and belongings can be stored in space provided opposite the studio.

Post Natal Yoga

Tuesday 1:30pm-2:30pm

6 week block 

Starting 7th Jan 2025

Babies are welcome up to crawling stage

Our postnatal class is focused on your mental wellbeing and recovery post birth. 
Feed, play, change your baby during the entire class. 

Storage for prams and car seats down stairs 
 

Gentle Yoga

This is a slow-paced practice that promotes relaxation, flexibility, and balance.

Move through a peaceful flow of movement and breath.

Everyone is welcome ​to attend- all ages and levels.

Cosy Yoga

Every Friday in December
6pm-7:30pm

Snuggle into stillness for the ultimate soothing experience. Feel supported in each Restorative Pose with props and soft blankets.  Whilst learning breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system and mind.  Journey through a guided meditation and indulge with an essential oil temple rub to finish.

Everyone is welcome, all ages and levels.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga

Our Pregnancy Yoga Class is a nurturing and supportive practice designed specifically for expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class provides a safe environment to connect with your changing body, your baby, and your breath.

Each session includes gentle, pregnancy-safe poses that help:

  • Alleviate common discomforts like back pain, swelling, and fatigue

  • Improve posture, balance, and circulation

  • Strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles

  • Enhance relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being
     

Breathing techniques and guided meditations are integrated to promote mindfulness and calm, while also preparing you mentally and physically for labor and birth.

Modifications are offered to suit your unique needs, making this class a peaceful and empowering way to embrace your pregnancy journey.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.
